An interior build out or office build out may also be called commercial tenant improvements and most likely if you own a business and plan to buy a physical space, some type of build out will be necessary. This occurs when you move into a new space and it’s not yet formatted to fit your business’ needs. Such a renovation could include everything from adding (or removing) interior spaces (bathrooms, reception areas, conference rooms, break rooms, etc,) outfitting a space with important safety and health codes (depending on the type of business in operation,) adding industry specific hardware installations, and modifying entry / egress requirements per the amount of employees working in the facility.
